Hi Everyone,

HSM is running head long into the New Year with some body sculpting moves that are guaranteed to shape you up for 2010!  There’s a catch though. You have to be concentrated and persistent to see the changes quickly. Many of you are enjoying the benefit of a strong and toned body already. Some of you are just getting started. Wherever you are, I’d like to challenge you to take it to the next level.

When I started doing HSM two years ago I was already in good shape from doing pilates for many years. Because I was working with my daughter to help her achieve her best shape for her wedding I began incorporating the moves and resistance that we do in our class on a daily basis. Doing the Hilliard Studio Method four to five times a week brought shocking results to my body. I dropped a dress size and close to 10 pounds while putting on lean muscle. Clary dropped a significant amount of weight and 2 dress sizes all the while maintaining a good diet, which is essential for any body change.

My challenge is this: Commit yourself to 3 classes a week for 60 days. Maintain a good diet of lean protein, complex carbohydrates, and plenty of good omega 3 fats -- then get ready to be surprised.

My goal is to help you achieve your best body in every way possible. I will continue with our 3 day Monday, Tuesday, Thursday schedule @ 9:30 and add as many Saturday classes as possible. If there is demand I will add another day. HSM is not the only exercise under the sun that provides results, but it’s the only one that I have seen shape so many different body types to their optimal form safely, quickly and efficiently.
