11/14/10 We’ve got new moves and new sculpted bodies taking shape at HSM this month! Looking strong heading into the holidays! And speaking of Holidays – Monday, Nov 22nd (NOT tomorrow) we will be doing 2 classes, a 9:30 am and 12:00 noon. Those will be the only 2 classes for the week of Thanksgiving.
