Hi Gang,

It’s workout time! We’re going to slip in a couple of days before the New Year just to remind our body who’s in charge. The cakes and pies had their turn – now it’s ours!

Join us tomorrow (Monday, 28th) @ 10:00 and Thursday, 31st @ 10:00 for a full body, booty blasting workout at studio 5!

Bring the family! I am. My daughter Clary, who teaches Hilliard Studio Method in Cambridge will be on hand to show us HSM Harvard style. Everybody ( over age 13) is welcome!
