I am amazed at the
results I have seen after 8 or 9 weeks of taking classes at Hilliard
Studio Method. My core muscles are stronger than they have ever been,
my waist leaner and my whole body much more toned. Liz and Clary’s
classes have been the best solution I have found to the challenge of
losing weight and toning after 40. I began my Pilates journey two years ago by reading an article about Performance Pilates in a local magazine. I have always been active through running, spinning and other physical exercise, but struggled with my weight. After only two months, I began to notice a very positive change in my body. Since beginning Pilates, I have lost three clothing sizes. I really love the mind, body and spirit connection! Liz is an amazing instructor with a great aura and she definitely exudes lots of positive energy! Working out with Liz is the best thing I do

am 56 years old and not an exercise fanatic but am aware of the mind/body
connection and want to be fit. My body responds to Liz Hilliard's workout
method quicker than any other form of exercise I've ever experienced.
